Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. Granny Smith apples, diced
2 c. sugar
1 c. walnuts
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
pinch of cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Wesson oil
Preparation

Mix apples and sugar together; add remaining ingredients. Bake in 9 X 12 pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Note:
DO NOT test for doneness or open oven door until cake pulls a little from sides of pan and is brown on top, or it will fall.
