Diabetic Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8-inch) pie shell
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. cooked pumpkin
1 1/4 tsp. brown Sweet 'N Low
1 egg, beaten
1 c. skim milk, scalded
Preparation

Add salt, spices, Sweet 'N Low and egg to pumpkin; gradually add the milk.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
