Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. cornmeal
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. mild cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. cream style corn
    1/3 c. Wesson oil
    3 whole jalapeno peppers, cut up
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients. Add buttermilk. Add 1 egg at a time. Stir in corn. Fold in jalapeno peppers, and cheese. Heat oil in baking dish until very hot. Pour hot oil into batter and stir. Then pour batter into baking dish. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
