Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 egg yolk
    3/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    lemon juice
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour over salad of fresh lettuce, mushrooms, onions and croutons.
    Serve cold.
