Ingredients

1/2 c. hot water (110~ to 115~)
1 pkg. active dry yeast
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. jam
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in hot water.
Stir in Bisquick mix, egg and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Mix well.
Turn out on a surface dusted with additional Bisquick mix.
Knead gently about 20 strokes.
