Winter Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. broccoli
1 c. cauliflower
1 c. celery
1 c. carrots
1 c. apples
1 c. raisins
1 (8 oz.) carton low-fat plain yogurt
1/2 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
2 pkg. Equal
Preparation

Chop all vegetables into bite size pieces and measure a cup of each.
Mix mayonnaise, yogurt and Equal together.
Spread over vegetables and serve when chilled.
