Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round or flank steak
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sliced onion
2 c. green pepper, chopped
garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. bouillon
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Cut steak into strips 2 inches long.
Sprinkle with garlic powder.
Heat oil in frypan over medium heat.
Add meat and brown. Mix salt, pepper, ginger and cornstarch.
Stir this into bouillon and soy sauce.
Combine this with the meat.
Bring to a boil.
Add onion and pepper.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture is thickened.
Serve over rice.
