Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 carrot
    1 pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Grate cabbage, carrot and pepper.
    Add salt.
    Let stand 1 hour, covered.
    Squeeze out juice.
    Mix spices, water, sugar and vinegar.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Let cool.
    Mix cabbage and sauce together.
    Put in containers and freeze.
