Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, boiled
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 onion, chopped, cooked and cooled
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 to 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 to 1/2 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and heat for serving.
