Tasty Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 brisket
    buttermilk
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
Preparation
    Marinate brisket in buttermilk overnight.
    Place brisket in large cooking bag.
    Add Italian dressing.
    Place in pan; cut slits in bag.
    Set in oven on low (225\u00b0) and cook 7 to 8 hours.
    Let cool; slice and enjoy.
