Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. ripe tomatoes
    2 sweet peppers
    3 jalapenos
    5 medium onions
    1 clove garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. canning salt
    4 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Chop all ingredients and combine in a large pot.
    Bring to a boil.
    Simmer 1 hour, put into hot jars and seal.
