Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 potatoes, cooked and sliced
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 slices bacon or 12 oz. sausage
    1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    5 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Fry bacon and onion together. Place in bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients. Bake in 9 x 9 pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
