Frozen Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    2 medium potatoes, diced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can chicken and rice soup
    chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    Add remaining ingredients; salt and pepper.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 50 minutes.
    Remove and cover with noodles. Return to oven for about 10 minutes.
