Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large baked potatoes
    1/3 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
    2 c. sour cream
    2/3 c. scallions, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    3 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan.
    Add cheese and cook, stirring until melted. Add sour cream, scallions, salt and pepper. Turn into a 2-quart casserole. Scoop potatoes from skins and stir into cheese mix.
    Top with crumbled bacon.
    Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 8.
