Corn Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 can creamed corn
1 box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1/3 c. crushed soda cracker crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
2 dashes pepper

Preparation

Saute butter and onion.
Mix all other ingredients.
Cook in microwave at High for 8 minutes. Stir.
Cook until mixture is set, 7 to 10 minutes.
