Fruit Filled Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, chilled
    4 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 c. cooked macaroni (1 1/2 c. uncooked)
    1 c. whipping cream
    3 c. cored and diced apple
    1 c. tiny colored marshmallows
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
    Combine eggs, syrup, sugar and lemon juice.
    Cook and stir over medium to low heat until mixture thickens.
    Add to cooked macaroni.
    Cover and chill overnight.
