Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)
2 Tbsp. dry white wine or water
1 (12 oz.) jar Heinz Home Style chicken gravy
1/3 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
Preparation

In skillet, brown chicken in oil; remove.
In same skillet, saute mushrooms until tender.
Stir in wine, gravy, milk and pepper.
Add chicken.
Simmer, uncovered, for 5 to 7 minutes, until chicken is cooked; turn and baste occasionally.
Stir mustard into sauce just before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
