Quick And Easy Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (18.5 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix with pudding
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 c. finely shredded carrots
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans
cream cheese glaze
ground cinnamon
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients; beat 2 minutes at medium speed of an electric mixer.
Fold in carrots, raisins and pecans.
Spoon batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes and test.
