Corn Bread Muffins(Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    3/4 c. yellow corn meal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Sift together the dry ingredients.
    Add egg, milk and oil; stir quickly and lightly until mixed.
    Do not beat.
    Pour batter into 2 1/4-inch muffin tins or an 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
    Yields 12 (2 1/4-inch) muffins.
    Each serving contains 130 calories.
