Vermicelli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes vermicelli or fideo
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. Accent
    3 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice (fresh)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 large jar pimentos, drained and chopped
    1 large can black olives, drained and chopped
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas (unthawed)
Preparation
    Boil vermicelli in water with 2 tablespoons oil; drain and rinse.
    Marinate overnight in salad oil, Accent and lemon juice. Next day, add all other ingredients.
