No Dough Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine (1 stick)
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    4 c. fruit (if apples, add cinnamon and nutmeg)
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Set aside.
    Combine flour, 3/4 cup sugar and baking powder; add milk and stir until blended. Pour batter over butter in pan; do not stir.
