Congo Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. melted butter
1 lb. light brown sugar
2 2/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
1/2 pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 pkg. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation

Mix melted butter and brown sugar.
Add flour, salt, baking powder and eggs and mix together.
Fold in chocolate and butterscotch chips and walnuts.
Do not grease pan!
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
