Petros - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag Fritos
1 (12 oz.) block medium Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 small tomatoes, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 head lettuce, cut in salad size pieces
2 cans Hormel chili with beans, heated
1 small container sour cream
Preparation

Prepare ingredients as noted above and then layer the ingredients in each serving bowl as follows:
crunch 2 handfuls of Fritos in the bottom of each bowl; add 1 handful of shredded cheese; add 4 tablespoons of Hormel chili; add 1 handful of lettuce; add 1 1/2 tablespoons of tomatoes; add 1 tablespoon of onions; and then add 2 teaspoons of sour cream.
This can be eaten as a layered salad or mixed up and eaten.
Either way, it is wonderful.
Serves approximately 8.
