Onion-Dill Freeze And Bake Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast (2 Tbsp.)
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. plus 2 tsp. sugar, divided
    1 1/2 c. warm milk
    1/4 c. oil
    7 1/2 to 8 1/2 c. flour
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 or 2 Tbsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water, add 2 teaspoons sugar; let stand 5 minutes.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Knead until smooth, 6 to 8 minutes.
    Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise until doubled, 1 1/2 hours.
