Banana Cream Pie - cooking recipe

1 pkg. banana instant pudding
1 cup milk
1 3/4 cup Cool Whip, thawed and divided
1 1/4 cups peeled, sliced bananas (about 2 medium sized)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 6 oz. chocolate graham cracker crust
Preparation

Combine pudding mix and milk in a medium bowl, stirring with a wire whisk until smooth. Gently fold 1 cup Cool Whip into pudding mixture. Toss in banana slices with lemon juice. Arrange banana slices over bottom of crust. Spoon pudding mixture over bananas. Cover and chill 1 1/2 hours or until set. Pipe or spoon remaining cup of Cool Whip around edge of the pie just before serving.
