Turkey With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. sliced, cooked turkey (without skin)
    1/4 c. Marsala wine (alcohol will cook out)
    1/4 c. turkey broth
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute the mushrooms in the butter.
    When brown, add the turkey.
    Saute only until hot.
    Add the remaining ingredients; stir for about a minute and remove the turkey and mushrooms to a heated platter.
    Reduce the sauce and pour over the turkey.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
