Fudge Brownie Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Place butter and cocoa in microwave on High for 1 minute until butter melts. Set aside. Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add butter mixture, flour, cinnamon and pecans, stirring until blended. Place batter in paper cups. Fill 2/3 full. Sprinkle each muffin with 6 to 8 chocolate morsels. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Makes 10.
