Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
1 small can creamed corn
2 eggs
1/2 large bell pepper, chopped
1 c. buttermilk
2 or 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 c. grated sharp cheese
2/3 c. cooking oil
few shakes garlic powder
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except cheese.
Pour 1/2 of mixture into large greased skillet (heated).
Put 1/2 of cheese on top.
Put remaining mixture in with rest of cheese on top.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 55 minutes.
