Chicken Breast Baked In Lemon And Garlic - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lemon (grate peel and keep juice)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. butter
4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
2 gloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Heat small skillet; add olive oil.
Heat and add garlic. Saute 30 seconds.
Stir in lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Bring to boil; set aside.
Arrange chicken in lightly buttered shallow baking dish, enough to hold chicken in single layer.
Pour garlic mix over chicken; sprinkle with grated lemon peel.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until chicken is done.
Transfer to plates; pour from dish into small skillet.
Add broth and bring to boil.
Cook until reduced by 1/2 and mixture is syrupy.
Pour over chicken and serve.
