Grandma'S Deep Butter Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour, sifted 3 times
    1/2 c. salt
    2 c. sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt together in a large mixing bowl.
    Add sugar and margarine; mix with fingers to form crumbs.
    Take out 1 cup of crumbs.
    Then add rest of the ingredients and beat 10 to 15 minutes.
    Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch greased and floured pan. Sprinkle 1 cup of reserved crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
