Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. (small can) evaporated milk
    6 oz. frozen chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt margarine; add sugar and milk.
    Bring to boil over medium heat.
    Boil
    for
    2 minutes.
    Remove from heat and stir in chocolate
    chips, beating until smooth and creamy.\tIces 3 layers.
