Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Melt margarine and saute onion.
Add potatoes, soup, cheese, sour cream and seasonings.
Pour into buttered casserole dish. Mix melted margarine and corn flakes.
Pat into a crust, covering potatoes during last 10 minutes of baking.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
