Oatmeal Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Crisco
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 1/2 c. quick oats
Preparation

With an electric mixer thoroughly cream Crisco, sugars, eggs and
vanilla;
beat
well.
In
separate
bowl mix flour, salt and soda.
Add
mixed
dry
ingredients
to
the
cramed mixture; add oats.
Drop by spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 to 8 minutes.
Makes 5 dozen.
