Sausage And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 (7 oz.) can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
1 lb. bulk sausage
2 packs Lipton chicken noodle soup
1 c. regular rice
Preparation

In oleo, brown onion, green pepper, celery and mushrooms. Brown sausage until crumbly.
Boil 4 1/2 cups water; add chicken noodle soup and cook 5 minutes.
Add rice.
Cook until rice is almost done.
Mix all together.
Put into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
