Raisin Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. raisins
1 c. water
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. sugar
pinch of salt
3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 large pie crust
Preparation

Cook raisins in water.
Add 1 cup boiling water.
Add salt, sugar, flour, butter and egg yolks.
Cook over medium heat until thick.
Pour in pie crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cool before serving.
