Milk Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. bacon drippings
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. Cajun pepper or Creole seasoning
Preparation

Mix bacon drippings, pepper and flour in skillet.
Brown over medium heat until paste starts to thicken.
Add milk and stir continually until mixture thickens.
