"Poke" Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops
    meat tenderizer
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Sprinkle chops with meat tenderizer and \"poke\" into meat with fork.
    Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oil and garlic salt in a shallow pan or casserole dish.
    Put the pork chops in the marinade and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).
    \"Poke\" and turn occasionally.
    Cook on a grill for about 10 minutes on each side (can be broiled in oven). Baste with leftover marinade while meat cooks.
