Butter Pecan Turtles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 c. milk chocolate morsels
Preparation
    Cream 1/2 cup butter or margarine; add 1 cup brown sugar, beating at medium speed of an electric mixer.
    Gradually add flour, mixing well.
    Press mixture into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with pecans and set aside.
