Sweet Potato Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 sweet potatoes, boiled
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
    pecans or walnuts (optional), finely chopped
    large marshmallows
    coconut
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Add dry tapioca if mixture is not stiff enough.
    Roll a large marshmallow into center of potato ball and roll in coconut.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    A pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg can be added for flavor (optional).
