Cheesy Chicken Noodle Hot Dish - cooking recipe

1 (5 lb.) stewing chicken
1 lb. noodles
1 pimento
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 can mushrooms
1 can cream-style corn
1/2 lb. Longhorn or American cheese, shredded
Preparation

Boil chicken until tender.
Remove from bones and cut in pieces.
Use broth; add noodles and cook until tender.
Add pepper (green) and pimento.
Add grated cheese. When cheese is melted, add sauteed mushrooms (save juice) in butter, then add juice.
Add corn and chicken.
Pour into buttered pan; sprinkle with buttered corn flakes or bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 to 1 hour.
