Sweet Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 green peppers
    9 red peppers
    12 small white onions
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. dark cider vinegar
Preparation
    Grind peppers and onions.
    Cover with water and boil 15 minutes.
    Drain.
    Then cover with sugar, salt and vinegar.
    Boil 15 minutes.
    Pour into scalded jars.
    Seal.
    Makes about 6 pints.
