Mexican Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans diced Ro-Tel
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. coarse ground pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into 1-inch squares
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients.
    Heat in heavy medium saucepan until boiling.
    Reduce heat.
    Add cheese.
    Stir; heat at medium-low temperature until cheese is smooth and creamy.
    Serve hot with tortilla chips.
