Ingredients

2 c. cubed fresh pineapple
1/3 c. diced red onion
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 minced fresh jalapeno peppers
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Triple Sec or frozen orange juice
2 tsp. white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro

Combine ingredients and simmer in saucepan about 20 minutes on low heat.
