Spinach Quiche-Gourmet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. creamed spinach
    2 tsp. chopped onions
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/16 tsp. red pepper
    1/16 tsp. nutmeg
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. light cream (skim evaporated milk may be used)
    1/4 c. crumbled crisp bacon
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese (light or low-fat cheese may be used)
Preparation
    Bake pie shell (prick all over with fork) in 350\u00b0 oven until set but not brown.
    While pastry bakes, prepare spinach according to package directions.
    Empty into deep bowl; allow to cool slightly.
    Stir in onions, seasonings, eggs and cream.
    Pour into hot pie shell.
    Sprinkle bacon and cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until knife comes out clean, 40 minutes.
    May be further browned under broiler a few minutes, if desired.
