Veal Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. veal, cubed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    2 1/2 c. hot water
    1 c. rice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 until tender.
