Jalapeno Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. corn meal
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. salad oil
1 or 2 hot canned jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 heaping Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 small can cream corn
1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

Pour half the batter into a greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
Cover with half of the grated cheese.
Pour remaining batter and cover with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
