Yam Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (18 oz.) can sweet potatoes or like amount of fresh yams, cooked
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 stick butter, melted
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Drain and mash yams.
    Mix ingredients well.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch buttered dish.
