Mediterranean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 zucchini squash, sliced 1/2-inch thick
    1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
    4 tomatoes, sliced or 2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 onion, sliced
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/3 c. olive oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Arrange vegetables in layers in casserole.
    Sprinkle with herbs and oil. Cover and microwave until tender, about 12 minutes, stirring several times. Add salt and pepper.
