Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. salad oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
6 green onions including tops, chopped
1 c. chopped, cooked chicken, ham, pork or shrimp
4 c. cold cooked rice
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Fry eggs with salad oil.
Set aside and cut into small pieces. Mix soy sauce and sugar; set aside.
Saute onion; add meat, onions and rice.
Stir until hot.
Add egg and stir.
Add soy sauce mixture and stir.
