Aunt Jackie'S Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple (drain & save juice)
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 egg
    2 tbsp. flour
    8 oz. cream cheese (cubed)
    8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    pineapple juice
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour together, stir in pineapple juice, and beat in the egg.
    Either cook in double boiler or in the microwave until the mixture becomes very thick.
    Stir occasionally.
    While mixture is cooking, layer pineapple, cubed cream cheese and marshmallows.
    Pour thickened mixture over the layers.
    bake at 350 degrees until bubbly (approx. 30 minutes).
    Top with grated cheese and put back into oven until cheese is melted.
    Serves 6.
